The Rose Garden Store, located at the world famous International Rose Test Garden, is Portland's very own rose-themed specialty shop. They carry a wide variety of rose and garden themed items.<p> Hours of operation for the Rose Garden: 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. Hours of operation for the gift shop: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. <br> The Ross Garden is free to enter. <br> Limited parking for $2 per hour.<p> The penny machine is located in front of or inside (depending on the weather) of the Rose Garden Store (gift shop) right by the entrance. The machine is only accessible when the gift shop is open. Designs are:<br> 1. (H) City skyline, five roses, and Mt. Hood with 'Portland Rose Garden Oregon'.<br> 2. The International Rose Test Garden is a city-maintained park, founded in 1917, featuring 10,000+ plants in manicured displays. The Rose Garden Store, located at the world famous International Rose Test Garden, is Portland's very own rose-themed specialty shop. They carry a wide variety of rose and garden themed items.

Hours of operation for the Rose Garden: 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. Hours of operation for the gift shop: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Ross Garden is free to enter.
Limited parking for $2 per hour.
