Its collections include more than 100,000 artifacts, 200,000 photographs, and 20,000 books. The Buffalo History Museum annually presents a wide array of programs, exhibits, tours, outdoor events, and activities for all ages that utilize many of these resources to tell the stories of both ordinary and extraordinary people of Western New York. An Awesome museum!!!! It's pay-as-you-wish admission. <p> The mach9jne is first floor to the right of the info desk, opposite the gift shop.. Designs are: <br> 1) 'Pan American Exposition 1901, Electric Tower', Tower with rays around it, <br> 2) 'Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society', Building, <br> 3) 'Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society', Steam locomotive, <br> 4) 'Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society', Buffalo/ Bison. <p> 8/6/23 machine has been moved to first floor to the right of the info desk, opposite the gift shop. still rolling great 3/30/24: The machine still in same location but at the front desk said it had gotten jammed. Seems like they intend to fix it.
