339 S. 1st Street Grand Junction, CO , 81501 Phone: 979-210-3759 The Grand Junction Amtrak station is a train station is served by Amtrak's California Zephyr, which runs once daily between Chicago and Emeryville, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Until 1992 Amtrak, used the ex-Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad (D&RGW) station, constructed in 1906, located next door to the current building. The current station building was built in the late 1970.
The machine is on the ground level, left of the front door. It has 4 images of attractions of Western Colorado. Designs are:
1) 'Colorado National Monument',
2) 'Grand Mesa National Forest',
3) 'Colorado Wine Country'
4) 'We Love Grand Junction'.
