1000 W California St Gainesville, TX , 76240 Phone: 940 668-4533 Website Frank Buck Zoo is located in 85-acre tree filled Leonard Park which offers picnic tables, two covered pavilions, a sprawling community playground, Leonard Park Aquatic Center (seasonal), and miniature train ride (seasonal), All in the heart of Gainesville.
The zoo started as the Gainesville Community Circus in 1930. It is home to more than 130 animals.

Machine 2 (2019) is a 4-die handcrank machine shaped like a tree stump with a Bear on top holding a fish!! It is located just inside the zoo right behind the gift shop. Right between men & womens restrooms. Designs are:
1) Leopard,
2) Alligator,
3) Penguin,
4) Giraffe
Retired 1: 1) Old steam train, 2) Bear, 3) Giraffe, 4) Zebra
They also have penny collector books in the nice gift shop. (the books here are the same books that they have at the Dallas Zoo).
