The Natural Bridge Caverns are the largest known commercial caverns in Texas.The name was derived from the 65 foot natural limestone slab bridge that spans the amphitheater setting of the cavern's entrance. The span was left suspended when a sinkhole collapsed below it.
The caverns are located near San Antonio in the Texas Hill Country next to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, a drive-through wildlife safari park. The caverns feature several unique speleothems and other geological formations. The temperature inside the cave is 70°F year-round and the deepest part of the public tour is 211 feet below the surface.
The caverns are still very active and growing. Water flows and drips constantly throughout, causing the formations to retain a waxy luster that can be seen in few caverns.

Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch is right next to Natural Bridge Caverns - road does a "Y" and you must choose the ranch or the caverns.

02/21/19: Machine 3 and 5 are still here. Machine 4 is gone. There are 2 different machines here. Machine 5 and Machine 6 are by the dining area between the token machine. Machine 3 and 7 are in Big Daddy's store. Machine 7 is right by the door to the right. Machine 3 is on the next wall continuing to the right. Machine 6 and 7 are mules. Backs say 'Natural Bridge Caverns'. I was able to go to all of them with no admission. JLT
