Box 323 Montpelier, ID , 83254-1256 Phone: (208) 847-3800 Website The National Oregon/California Trail Center offers visitors a unique and entertaining interpretive indoor adventure; simulating an actual wagon train experience of the 1850s. Re-enacted entirely within their comfortable center, this interpretive experience features historically accurate interpretive areas and live actors. Patrons will go back in time to visit a gun shop, mercantile, ride in a covered wagon and spend time around the evening encircled wagon train at the Clover Creek Encampment.
Hours of operation:
Summer until September 1st Wednesday through Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
September 1st through the 30th Thursday through Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
You do not have to pay admission to access the penny machine.
Living History Tour Admission: Adult (ages 18+) $12.00, Senior (60+) $11.00, Youth (8-17) $9.00, Children (4-7) $5.00, Toddlers (3 & under) FREE.
Plenty of free parking.

July 12, 2022. The Center was supposed to be closed today but because of the previous post, I went to the Center and found it open. The penny machine is rolling well centered excellent images on 95% copper pre-82 pennies. MWHTH
