It displays and operates restored trolleys and interurbans on former rail lines of the Lackawanna and Wyoming Valley Railroad, now owned by the government of Lackawanna County and operated by the Delaware-Lackawanna Railroad.
Machine located within the museum, among the displays, on a front-facing glass wall, turn left after entering and go up the small set up stairs. Close to bathroom. The hole that crank sticks out of has been widened. If you hold the crank in place, the gears work fine. I wasn't paying attention and the crank slipped a few times.
