This is the closest squished penny machine to the much-fabled town of Centralia, where an underground mine fire has been burning since 1962. The machine close is to the desk that sells tickets for the Coal Mine and Steam Train tours.

There are four two sided (Mule) designs. They are:
1) 'Henry Clay 1927 Vulcan Iron Works', Steam train engine and tender,
2) 'Pioneer Tunnel Steam Train', steam engine and ride car,
'3) 'A Mother is the Holiest Thing Alive', Mom on ricking chair.
4) 'Hard Coal, Hard Core, Pennsylvania Anthracite', man with coal mining tools
