2151 Blake Street Denver, CO , 80205-2010 Phone: (303) 312-2580 Website In 1991, as part of Major League Baseball's two-team expansion, Denver was granted a franchise; they took the name "Rockies" due to Denver's proximity to the Rocky Mountains, which is reflected in their logo. They began to play in 1993, sharing Mile High Stadium with the National Football League's Denver Broncos their first two seasons while Coors Field was constructed. It was completed for the 1995 Major League Baseball season. The 7,000 square foot Diamond Dry Goods retail store (located on the first base side of the Main Concourse) is the largest of its kind in any Major League Baseball ballpark.
Parking is very difficult to find and will cost quite a lot, although the stadium does have cheap admission opportunities if you're seeing one of their games.
Machine 2 $1 each. 4 for $4. It is located specifically in the diamond dry goods store; to the left as you enter the stadium. Designs:
1. (H) Flying baseball across mountains with 'Colorado Rockies' (Rockies logo).
2. (V) CR logo on baseball with 'Colorado Rockies Baseball Club'.
3. (V) T-Rex dinosaur and mountains with 'Colorado Rockies'.
4. (V) Shamrock with 'Rockies Lucky Penny'.
Retired designs: 1) (V) Baseball with 'The Earth Revolves Around This' and 'Rockies Baseball' below. 2) (V) Golf club and ball with 'Colorado Rockies Lucky Ball Marker'. 3) (V) Mountains with 'Rockies Coors Field'. 4) (V) Arrow through two hearts with 'The Mile High City Denver CO I Love You!'.
