3) Cyclone roller coaster (one of the top ten wood coasters in the country) "Denver Colo. Lakeside Amusement Park".
8/09/2024: Penny Press Machine is still located in the food court, as described above.
The Amusement Park is a bit run down, but a historical landmark from the turn of the 20th Century. Beautiful Art Deco architecture, however the buildings are no longer open to the public.
The Amusement Park is only open in the evenings and costs $5 for entry (all access ride pass is extra). This is a cash only operation. There are police and metal detectors at the entry, but do not let this deter you.
The admission staff (young adults) are very friendly and helpful in providing directions to the penny press machine. Machine is motor powered with 3 designs and cost is 51 cents (you supply the penny). KLF TEC #5521
