Comments:	Studio 21 Tattoo Gallery opened its doors on February 1, 2003. The shop is owned and operated by the Spencer family, Charlie and Becki Spencer.Though Becki does not tattoo, she brings over thirty years of artistic experience as an illustrator and art director; a true professional. Charlie, Austin and the staff of professional tattoo artists offer totally different styles to our eclectic customer base. The studio is exceptionally clean, with an art gallery atmosphere and a friendly approachable staff. The two sided pennies were designed by the owner of the tattoo studio, Charles Spencer.<p> The penny machine is located in the lobby, in a one story independent building in front of the shopping center, northeast corner of Flamingo and Jones. Hours of operation: 7 days a week 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm except some holidays. Plenty of free parking in the adjacent lot.<p> Designs are all two-sided mules and cost 50 cents (2 quarters only) on a penny that you supply to press:<p> 1. (V) Two cherries and stems sharing two leaves, drawn tattoo style.<br> 2. (H) Skull & crossbones.<br> 3. (H) A banner surrounded by spider webs with 'Lucky'.<br> Reverse side: 'World Famous Studio 21 Tattoo Las Vegas'.<p> G.P.S. coordinates: Latitude: N36° 6' 53.658" Longitude: W115° 13' 25.0032"<p> 9/2/24: Rolled well on pre-82 but cut off on the beaded border on end.
