World of Disney opened on January 1, 2001 and has the biggest selection of Disney wares on the West Coast. This bright and expansive superstore has something for every Disney fan. From floor to ceiling of this 40,000 square feet store, you’ll be surrounded by all things Disney, including Pixar and Star Wars memorabilia. Whether you're looking for the perfect Mickey Mouse & Friends souvenir, something sparkly for your little princess or a keepsake from the latest film release, you'll find a truly staggering assortment of popular Disney merchandise. Apparel and accessories, an entire wall devoted to T-shirts, baseball caps, candy and food items, character merchandise, headbands, home décor, jewelry, Mickey ears, mugs, Disney Princess gifts, plush toys, stationary, souvenirs, trading pins and much, much more are all right here.

Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 1:00 am. Admission to Downtown Disney is free. Disney Penny books are for sale for$14.95 plus tax at the stationary section by the 3rd entrance door.

Parking: Downtown Disney's parking lot is located at the Simba Lot near Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. $25 per vehicle for the first hour plus $10 for each additional hour, with a maximum rate of $65. Enjoy 3 hours of parking when you make a $20 minimum purchase and receive validation from any Downtown Disney location (including quick-service restaurants, merchandise locations and kiosks) or up to 5 hours of parking with validation from any Downtown Disney table-service restaurant. Beyond these validations, each additional hour costs $14, charged in 30-minute increments, with a minimum $7 charge after the initial 15-minute grace period. Additionally, the maximum daily parking and lost ticket fee is $56. Parking is subject to capacity.
