Comments:	The California Academy of Sciences is among the largest Museums of Natural History in the world. The public areas of the Academy are divided into three general areas: <br> 1) The Steinhart Aquarium, which takes up the basement area and can partially be viewed top-down from the ground floor.<br> 2) The Morrison Planetarium, which is devoted to things astronomical. The half-hour shows in the planetarium theater change periodically and can be reserved ahead of time. <br> 3) The Kimball Natural History Museum, which, in addition to its African Hall and a Foucault pendulum, includes a variety of changing displays covering a variety of subjects, one being earthquakes.<br> 4) The Osher Rainforest, which is contained inside a four-story dome and includes 1600+ live plants and animals. <br> Completely rebuilt in 2008, the building is among the newest natural history museums in the United States. The primary building in Golden Gate Park reopened on September 27, 2008. <p> Admission fee required to get to machines. $33.95 ea. <p> Machine 6 is in the downstairs Aquarium is by the elevators from the rainforest. <br> Change machine next to Machine 6 gives you quarters and the proper amount of nice shiny Zinc pennies. <br> Machine 7 is in front of the Gift Shop next to the Planetarium. <p> <b>Machine 6 </b> - (Pennycollector installed 11/2013). Change machine next to Machine 6 gives you quarters and the proper amount of nice shiny Zinc pennies.
