I’ve received 3 designs successfully, but the fourth design was not coming out no matter how long you spin the handle. You can feel that the penny is pressing inside the machine but somehow it’s not coming out. I tried twice, but failed. <br> Ask the employees there to help but they don’t know how to fix the issue. So they refund me.
	Please be specific regarding the machine location. Is it upstairs? Downstairs? By the entrance? etc...
