The first Bubba Gump restaurant opened in 1996. The Bubba Gump restaurant is named after the film's characters Benjamin Buford "Bubba" Blue and Forrest Gump.
Hours of operation: Sunday through Thursday: 11:00 am to 10:00 pm and Friday and Saturday: 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
