Comments:	4/15/23 Machine has been moved to National Air and Space Museum, Lower Level. <p> The Smithsonian Institution Building, located near the National Mall in Washington, D.C. behind the National Museum of African Art and the Sackler Gallery, houses the Smithsonian Institution's administrative offices and information center. The building is constructed of Seneca red sandstone in the Norman Revival style (a 12th-century combination of late Romanesque and early Gothic motifs; built in the Gothic and Romanesque revival styles) and is nicknamed the Castle. It was completed in 1855 and designated a National Historic Landmark in 1965 .<p> All have 'Smithsonian Institution' on them. Requires $1.00 to press each design. It is to the right after entering from the Jefferson Drive entrance across from the gift shop where tokens can be purchased. Designs are: <br> 1) Sun & rays Smithsonian logo, <br> 2) Carousel Hippocampus, <br> 3) 'The Castle', Image of building, <br> 4) 'Abraham Lincoln', bust of him. <p> All 3 penny books are available in the gift shop for $6.99 (the books are also separately available at their respective museums - Air & Space; Natural History; and American History). <p> .
