The machine belongs to a shop selling souvenirs of the East-Frisian Comedian Otto Waalkes (and museum). The shop is right in the town centre at the corner of a pedestrian area that ends at the old harbor (opposite town hall with museum).

The machine is located outside at the front door. It has with 3 designs.
