The Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary is a zoo and animal sanctuary located in the city of Folsom, California, in the United States, which has been open since 1963. The facility differs from traditional zoos and is more like a sanctuary in the way the animals are acquired and the care they receive. Though the facility allows visitors like a traditional zoo, the animals are not bred, sold, or traded. The Zoo is open each week from Tuesday through Sunday, and closed on Mondays, unless it is a major holiday.

Regular hours (Sep 1 - May 31) 10 am - 4 pm, Summer hours (Jun 1 - Aug 31) 9 am - 3 pm,
Admission fees are $7for adults (18-54) and youths (13-17), and $3 for children (2-12)..

Visited the zoo 9/20/24 and they had machine 2 up and running near the shaded building right in front of the peacock exhibit. It pressed my pennies just fine.
