Universal Studios Hollywood is located in Universal City, not Hollywood.

There is a lot of construction going on here at this time. It is unknown if any of the missing machines are coming back after the construction is completed.

All of the new machines accept dollar bills only and supply the penny. They do not take quarters or pennies, but some, including the 8-design machines, have the option to accept credit cards as well.

Animation Studio Store

5/17: Four new 8-penny machines added here. Several 4-penny machines have new cases but designs are the same.

9/24/21 The Despicable Me (8-design machine) has been moved to a new store called “Cartooniversal” which opened at Citywalk on Jan. 30, 2021. Also located at this new store is the Transformers machine with the 4 designs that used to be at the Supply Vault store. There are no other Transformers penny machines located at the Supply Vault store anymore (as confirmed by employees). 9/16/22 Could no longer locate those machines in Citywalk.

The Transformers 8-design machine is still located at the Universal Studios Store. The 3rd machine with the 4 designs that have the Transformers logo centered under each design could not be found. Also located at the Universal store inside the park is the “Harry Potter 2” machine.

The Jurassic World D machine with 1) Blue (The Raptor), Indoraptor, 3) Carnosaurus, 4) Ankylosaurus has been moved to the Citywalk store called “Universal Studios - Production Central.” Also located at this store is the 8-design machine that was listed under “Universal CityWalk Retired machines.” Its 8 designs are: 1) 'The Simpson's', family, 2) 'I Survived Jaws, Universal Studios, Hollywood', shark, 3) 'Despicable Me, Minions, 4) 'Shrek 4D, Universal Studios California', Shrek and Donkey, 5) 'Spinosaurus, Jurassic Park, Universal Studios California', dinosaur, 6) 'King Kong 360 3D, He's Never Been this Real', King Kong, 7) 'Universal Studios Hollywood', Studio logo, 8) 'Universal Studios California', Oscar.

09/22/2023 There are 17 machines inside the park, with two more in CityWalk. Two of the Harry Potter machines are in the Universal Studios Store inside the park while the third, is in the Universal Studios Store in CityWalk. -JW
