Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium is a Southern Ocean and Antarctic aquarium in central Melbourne, Australia. It is located on the banks of the Yarra River beside and under the Flinders Street Viaduct and the King Street Bridge. The attraction is a Sea Life Centre owned by Merlin Entertainments.
In April 2013, Melbourne Aquarium's owners announced that they would be spending $8 million on the refurbishment of the facilities. As part of the process, the aquarium was rebranded as a Sea Life Centre and relaunched in September 2013.

The Aquarium is completely cashless and so are the penny presses and medallion machines.

All machines are behind pay walls, tickets ranging between $51 for adults to $37.50 (AUD) for children, tickets can be bundled with the Lego Discovery Centre (who also have a penny press machine).
Medallion machines are $6.50 per design, in the first two machines and varies in the machine depending on design.
Penny presses are $2.50 per design.
