Ketchikan Museums collect, preserve, interpret and creatively share the history and culture of the region to serve, educate, engage and enrich the community. Visit both of the museums: the Tongass Historical Museum and Totem Heritage Center.
Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Plenty of free parking.
The Tongass Historical Museum and Totem Heritage Center are open to the public year round.
Admission: Adults $6, Seniors (65 & older) $5, Children (17 & younger) Free, Active Military Free. Local residents Free. The Museum Pass is $9 and includes admission to both the Tongass Historical Museum and the Totem Heritage Center (601 Deermount Street Ketchikan, AK (907) 225-5900).
Machine 1 is inside the Historical Museum. Cost to press: 51¢ each design. Designs all have a beaded border with 'Alaska':
