For quarters, you supply the penny. For dollar bills and credit cards, preloaded pennies are used. Credit card transactions don't give you the ability to purchase all four designs - you'd need to do four separate transactions. I recommend visiting this location in the morning, as it is an absolute zoo in the evening.
