Soulard Market moved to its present location at 730 Carrol Street in 1838.Vendors fill the open-air market weekly with fresh produce, meat, seafood, cheese, snacks, baked goods, spices, flowers, pets and other merchandise. Harr Family Farms is a small family-owned business since 1925. They are a local farm in Southern Illinois. They are a 4th generation farm celebrating above 95 years in business. Historic Soulard Market is a destination point located within a mile of the newly renovated Gateway Arch grounds, Busch Stadium, the National Blues Museum, Anheuser Busch Brewery tours, and Gateway Riverboat Museum. <p> New Penny Press Machine (January 2023) is located at the Harr Farms booth in the north wing of the outdoor covered market, west of the central indoor area along the south side of vendors.<p> Hours of operation: Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. On-street and metered parking nearby.<p> The machine accepts credit cards and cash apps only and has an internal supply of pennies (Zinc pennies) <p> <b>Machine 1</b> is inside in front of the Harr Farms displays.
