All the Ohio Turnpike machines cost $1, take only paper dollars (no coins), and dispense their own shiny zinc pennies. The dispenser is visible through the plexiglass case so you can confirm whether they are still loading new coins.

Machine 7:
(2019) is located just inside the main entrance, in the vicinity of the restrooms, $1 each

Machines 1, 3, 4, 5 & 6 are retired. Machine 2 was moved.

However after trying with several different bills, it wouldn’t accept them and just spit them back out. .
