Super friendly staff. <p> 7/22/22: Gift shop is seasonal and is in the lighthouse keeper's residence, which is the building closest to the lighthouse. Insert pennies with the side you want to have the main impression facing the quarters. This machine is still 50 cents plus your penny. Rolling extremely well on coppers - some border dots are occasionally cut off, but not all the time. I rolled 60 pennies with no defects other than a few border dots partially missing. jnm
