Colchester Zoo is supported by Action for the Wild, which assists conservation projects worldwide through both financial and technical assistance. The zoo celebrated its 50th anniversary on 2 June 2013.

Machine 3: is in the "Edge of Africa" building in the middle of the Zoo, near the pygmy hippos and weaver birds. All have 'Colchester Zoo' on them. Details are -

Machine 4: (2018) is just inside main entrance and can be accessed without paying admission. All have 'Colchester Zoo' on them. Designs are:
1- Rhino

4- Meerkats

UPDATE 9/06/18 - Machine 2 has gone - there is no single-die machine any more, just the two 4-die machines, which are both rolling well. Both of them supply pennies through hoppers so you can't press your own penny:. Machine 4 is just inside main entrance and can be accessed without paying admission.
