The store is open seven days a week from 8 until 6. Sundays 9 to 5.

Lake Tahoe receives around 500 inches of snow a year so the Lake Tahoe Penny Press moves from the sidewalk to inside the auto parts store depending on snow conditions.
The machine is not available in the winter if it has been a big snow year. They put it in storage until the summer

This machine cost 75 cents and your penny. It has been moved indoors, directly in front of the entrance. Designs are:
1) A skiing bear,
2) A bear face with paw prints,
3) A woody power boat,
4) An outline of Lake Tahoe.
