The chain was founded in 1982 in Clute, Texas. Buc-ee’s in St. Johns County has a 53,000 square-foot convenience store with 104 fueling stations. The store is split into the gift side, which features items such as clothing, home décor, and sporting goods; and the food service/traditional convenience store side.
