It is also complete with high-speed Internet access, a contemporary lounge and bar, private event rooms and amazing patio dining with an unobstructed view of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. This location opened September 5, 2009. <p> The Cafe and Rock Shop is located on the famed Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip) in the Showcase Mall, 1,000 feet to the North of the MGM Grand main entrance and across the street from the Park MGM. There’s a giant guitar in front. <p> There are two penny machines, Rainforest Café and Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, within walking distance (2,100 feet to the North) at Harmon Retail Corner next to the Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile Shops. There are five penny machines within walking distance (using the pedestrian flyover, 1,590 feet to the West then South) inside the New York, New York Hotel & Casino. If you continue walking South from the New York, New York (500 feet) there are four penny machines at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino. <p> Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 7:30 am to 12:00 am (Midnight). <br> Paid parking available in the Showcase Mall Parking Garage (3769 Las Vegas Boulevard South) 24 hours, 7 days a week or, if on a squishing mission, park in a Hotel Casino parking garage. <p> Admission: Free admission. <p> <b>Machine 1</b> is on the ground floor of the 'Rock Shop' to the left in hallway between gift shop and drink bar. Cost to press: $1.01 (four quarters only) per design. The coin slots do not match the image on the machine. They are reversed. So the penny goes on the left hand side not the right.
