It’s a great stop if you need hiking or camping supplies, sporting goods, clothing and souvenirs. If you want to shop for food to make lunch or dinner the General Store has a supermarket to fill all your grocery needs.
Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Plenty of free parking.
Admission: Free admission. A penny book is for sale on top of the penny machine.

There is also a penny machine located at Old Bryce Town Ice Cream and Candy Shop across the street from Ruby's Inn Main Lodge. Open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm May through September. Closed during the winter months.
12 miles away headed west there are 1" mini-tokens at the Red Canyon Visitor Center.
November 29, 2024. The penny machine was "jammed" with quarters and would not accept any more. I talked to the manager and she stated that the owners of the machine had the keys to the machine and were gone for the Thanksgiving holiday and would return in 3 days. At that time they would (hopefully) service the machine. If they couldn't fix it they would call for service.
