Lidostrasse 5 Lucerne (Luzern), Switzerland, 6006 Phone: +41 41 375 75 75 Website The Swiss Museum of Transport or Verkehrshaus der Schweiz in Lucerne opened in July 1959 and exhibits all forms of transport including trains, automobiles, ships and aircraft as well as communication technology. It is Switzerland's most popular museum.
Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday Summer 10.00 (10:00 am) to 18.00 (6:00 pm), Winter 10.00 (10:00 am) to 17.00 (5:00 pm). You must pay admission to access the machines.
The machines are on the main floor of Rail Transport section of the museum, in front of windows overlooking inner courtyard.
Machine 1 is in the railway department. Cost to press: A 2 Swiss Franc coin or two 1 Swiss Franc coins and a 20 Rappen coin (Total CHf 2.20) for each design. Designs all have a beaded border with 'Verkehrshaus.ch':

Machine 2 is in the Ship's hall, first floor at the transition to the MS Rigi (glass window towards the inner courtyard). Cost to press: TA 2 Swiss Franc coin or two 1 Swiss Franc coins and a 20 Rappen coin (Total CHf 2.20) for each design. Designs all have a beaded border with 'Verkehrshaus.ch':
