500 West Sunshine Springfield, MO , 65807 Phone: (417) 890-WILD Website The American National Fish and Wildlife Museum doing business as Wonders of Wildlife Museum & Aquarium also known as Wonders of Wildlife Zooquarium or just Wonders of Wildlife in Springfield, Missouri, showcases more than 225 species of live animals, fresh and saltwater aquariums, interactive displays and educational programs. The 92,000-square-foot facility, designed by Cambridge Seven Associates, opened on November 2, 2001.
The attraction closed in December 2007, with the announcement of a planned expansion that would have increased the square footage of the facility by 58 percent, at a cost of $25 million. In September 2010, Museum representatives announced a much more ambitious expansion to a total of 235,800 square feet, at a cost of about $100 million.
It's free to access machine #3. Enter through the main entrance and go up the escalator in front of you. The machine is upstairs near the entrance to the World of Wildlife Museum, the Motorsports Museum and the Bass Pro Museum. Machine #3 is pre-loaded with zinc pennies and cost $1 each using dollar bills.

Machine #4 has been moved to the gift shop which you can access without entering the aquarium. The machine is preloaded with new zinc pennies and the cost is $1 each or all 8 pennies for $5. It takes cash or credit cards. The machine is near the end of the aquarium right before you get to the shark and stingray touch area. All have 'Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium' on them except Octopus which has 'Wonder's of Wildlife Johnny Morris' on it
