The machine is only available during the 12-days of the Minnesota State Fair. There are four designs to choose from that change each year, and usually have something to do with the TV station KARE-11, the State of Minnesota, or both.

The machine is located near the west entrance of the KARE11 building and the designs are free, and they even supply the pennies (ZINC)! Bring your own Coppers.
