You must buy a Sea Pines Resort Pass to get to the lighthouse. $9.00, and they only accept cash.
Admission to the Harbour Town Lighthouse is $4.95 per adult, Kids 5 and under are free.

Each penny machine is located on various landings climbing the stairs of the lighthouse, so admission is required.

Machine 13: (2014) Located on the staircase landings going to the top of the lighthouse.
