08/14/22: I emailed the park yesterday and the reply from customer service is there are no more penny machines in the park. I didn't ask about the token machine so I don't know it's status. JLT

\ Valleyfair is a 125 acre amusement park located in Shakopee and is currently the largest amusement park in the Uppermost r Midwest United States. The park is owned by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. The park has 46 rides and water attractions and currently operates 8 roller coasters, one of the most popular being Wild Thing. Valleyfair's water park, Soak City, is included with the price of admission.
Valleyfair’s normal operating season runs daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day and some weekends in May and September. There is also a "ValleyScare" event near Halloween.

You must pay $17 to park and there is no way to get into the park to get to the pennies otherwise.
