Comments:	9/3/24: Store is closed down. Machine is gone. I asked a floor employee who said the machine is owned by Caesar’s Entertainment and they no longer own the property. I asked the guy who happened to be working on the Zoltar machine by Kiss World and he said it was his machine and that it’s gone and it’s not his fault, since the place closed down. <p> Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino features a full-service spa, 4 outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor pool, and a spa tub. Paradise Island Wear is a men's and women's apparel store located upstairs in the Masquerade Village section of the casino.<p> Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 10:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 10:00pm. <br> The penny machine is outside the store and is available 24 hours 7 days a week. <br> Plenty of free parking in the parking garage.<p> <b>Machine 3</b> is upstairs just outside the door of Paradise Island Wear.
