Comments:	Ft. Hays is a movie set for "Dances with Wolves" movie offering Chuckwagon meals and Mt. Rushmore area tours. The set is open seasonally. <p> Two pennies are offered during the season that are made on converted antique equipment. The penny must be grasped by pliers and fed through rollers just right to press. <br> Penny costs $1.00 to make. Machine is usually manned between the hours of 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM or around when the tour busses show up. You can always ask at the gift shop if you want to press a lot of pennies. <p> Designs are; <br> 1) 'Mount Rushmore', heads, <br> 2) 'Ft Hays SD, Dances with Wolves', Buffalo. <p> 8/18/18: I was able to have both the Mt Rushmore and Buffalo pennies rolled with my copper pennies. Still $1 each. There was a pie pan next to the press to set your payment in. JLT
