Comments:	Deception Pass is a strait separating Whidbey Island from Fidalgo Island, in the northwest part of Washington State. It connects Skagit Bay, part of Puget Sound, with the Strait of Juan de Fuca. A pair of bridges known collectively as Deception Pass Bridge cross Deception Pass. The bridges were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. Deception Pass is the most photographed attraction in Washington State. Learn about Deception Pass, the Bridge and surrounding area aboard the “Island Whaler”. Take a unique ride on a seated open deck boat and enjoy a 360° unobstructed view as you pass through the waters of Deception Pass on a one-hour tour or enjoy the thrill of the fast jet boat through Deception Pass with a knowledgeable interpreter. Seasonal whale watching tours are also available.<p> Hours of operation: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Thursday through Monday. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Store may only be open from April 1st to October 1st each year.
