Comments:	The Las Vegas Natural History Museum is located on the east side of Las Vegas Boulevard North between Bonanza road and Washington avenue. The Museum is in front (west) of the Cashman Center, next to (south) of the Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort, and across the street from the Las Vegas Library. Its exhibits focus on various subjects, from dinosaurs, marine life. Also very cool if you visit on shark feeding days (little sharks & rays are fed in front of you; call for days & hours).<p> Admission prices are: $12.00 Adults, $10.00. Seniors, military, and students, $6.00. Children ages 3-11, and Children 2 and under, and members are free. <br> Hours of operation are: open daily 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Opening at 11:00 a.m. New Year's Day and Easter. Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving Day. <br> Plenty of free parking. <p> 1056 feet to the south of the Natural History Museum is the Neon Museum that also has a penny machine (about a 5 minute walk). The Natural History <bnr> Museum is about a mile north from Fremont Street (about a 20 minute walk) where there are 7 penny machines all on Fremont Street. See all the 'Downtown Las Vegas' listings for actual addresses.<p> A taxi ride from the south parts of the Strip (Las Vegas Boulevard South) is about $25 each way.<p> The penny machine is located to the right as you enter, in the gift shop. The generic green book is an animal/discovery themed penny book.
