Williamstown, KY , 41097 Phone: 855-284-3275 Website Ark Encounter is a Christian evangelical and fundamentalist theme park that opened in Grant County, Kentucky on July 7, 2016. The centerpiece of the park is a full-scale model of Noah's Ark as described in the Genesis flood narrative of the Bible. It is 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high. It is one of only three full-size Noah's Ark replicas and derivatives in the world, and the largest of the three.
9/15/23 update The first floor machice is out of service
The public entrance is just west of the intersection of KY-36 and I-75 (at exit 154). The machines are not accessible without paying for parking and admission.
All the machines cost a dollar for each design and are Pre-loaded with Zinc pennies. So make sure you need to take dollar bills when you go.
Machine 1 all say 'Ark Encounter'. Machine 1 is on the 2nd level located next to the ramps for the other floors. Designs are:
1) 'Extreme Zip Line',
2) Ostridge,
3) Camel's head,
4) Image of the Ark.
Machine 2 all say 'Ark Encounter'. Machine 2 is on the 3rd level located next to the ramps for the other floors. Designs are
1) Bust of Noah,
2) Man working in arch,
3) Ark doors,
4) Ark with Rainbow on left.
Machine 3 all say 'Ark Encounter'. Machine 3 is on the 1st level located next to the ramps for the other floors. Designs are:
1) Metal worker working on a piece of metal,
2) Dove,
3) Two Ankylosaurus,
4) Two animals facing left.
6/29/19: Machines converted to $1 Zinc machines and returned.
