Comments:	Dock #2 is next to the Aquarium of the Pacific and is where boats are docked for whale watching and harbor tours. There is a small standalone ticket building next to the dock ramp. Directly in front of it and across the sidewalk is a souvenir vendor who occupies two adjacent kiosks. When 1st asked where it was, he just said "no". When walked by the location again a little later, he said the machine was at home and the kiosk facility was being replaced/upgraded in 3 weeks (implying it would be back after that).
