Made in Santa Cruz is a gift shop on the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf.

Machine 4: (See note below) All have 'Santa Cruz, California', on them. Designs are:
1) Mermaid facing forward,
2) Pelican standing on a rock,
3) Sea Otter floating on its back,
4) Great White Shark turning around,

The 'Purchased Tokens' are inside in the display case by the cash register. They are made by a local artist and sold here. They are $9.95 each. designs are;
1) Male Hippie with Santa Cruz headband and flashing peace symbol, Rear- Company logo.
2) Female Hippie with Santa Cruz headband and flashing peace symbol, Rear- Company logo.

Note: The Shark design in machine 4 here was the shark design in the Retired 1 machine at the Dolphin Restaurant.
The other three designs here and the machine were the Retired 3 machine at the Port of Call.

Retired designs:

Retired 1: 'Made in Santa Cruz', man standing in front of surfboard monument. Dot in base.
Retired 2: 1) 'Made in Santa Cruz', man standing in front of surfboard monument. No dot in base, 2) Sea Lion, 3) Santa Cruz Lighthouse now a Surfer Museum.
Retired 3: (2015): 1) Happy face wearing scarf with peace symbol, peace symbols and happy faces around it, 2) Sea Otter with head up looking forward, 3) Lighthouse surfer's museum with sun over, 4) Surfer surfing on board

Retired 1 was moved to the Santa Cruz Surfing Museum, then a store on the main street near the end of the Wharf and then back here where it was retired.
The standing surfer design of machine one and in the 3 design set are similar but different. The single design has a dot in the base and the one in the set does not.

7/18 Machine 3 is retired. Machine 4, the 4 design retired 3 machine from Ports Of Call (with different Shark!) is now here.

04/23/24: New design coming soon.
The machine is finally back but coin mech is jammed.
