They also provide locals and tourists alike with a wealth of information about Gilroy. The Gilroy Welcome Center offers a variety of locally produced artwork, greeting cards, olive oils, garlic and more. Be sure to ask for a free “Gilroy Goodie Bag,” which includes fun mementos and coupon offerings from local wineries. The Welcome Center is located in the Gilroy Premium Outlets Building A, close to Forever 21 on the south side of the complex. The Premium Outlet Mall is off Leavensly street at 152 east. It is in the south mall.<p> Hours of operation: Daily 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. <br> Plenty of free parking.<p> The penny machine is up by the counter at the entrance. Cost to press: 51¢ each design.
