Comments:	The dies were made by Rocky Rockholt, and sent to Frantz Hagneré (Owner) in France, who does various shows and fairs. He changes the dies around, depending on what kind of fair he is in (Kite flying gatherings, car shows, medieval fairs, plane shows, etc...). But he does not have a home base. The website should tell you where he is and when you go there, he should have the machine. He, of course, decides what designs are in it so, you never know what designs will be available.
