Comments:	12/27/2014: The machine was here when it was named 'Alaskaland' but is now gone. <p> The 44 acre Pioneer Park was built for the Alaska 1967 Centennial Exposition. It was later renamed Alaskaland, a name it held until October 2001. <p> It is now run by the Fairbanks North Star Borough Parks Recreation Department. There is no admission to the park but a some of the museums and attractions do charge entrance fees.
