Markt 1 Brugge (Bruges), Belgium, 8000 Phone: +32 50 27 03 11 Website Historium is a visitor center at the Grote Markt in Brugge which tries to give a historically accurate picture of medieval Brugge at the time of Jan van Eyck. In seven themed rooms, a story is told through multimedia applications with a variety of special effects. It also includes a theme café (the Duvelorium ), a souvenir shop, a terrace and a section of the town tourist office. Historium was officially opened on 25 November 2012.
Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 10:00 am (10:00) to 6:00 pm (18:00). Last entrance at 5:00 pm (17:00).
Admission price:
Adults: € 13,50, Students: € 10, Children aged 3 - 12: € 7,50, Children aged 0 - 2: free, Family Pass: € 37,00 (incl. 2 adults and 2 or 3 children aged 3 - 12), Disabled person: € 12,50
Historium has no parking. The best option is to park the in Parking Centrum Station. This parking is the largest and cheapest public car park in Bruges. Other car parks within walking distance: Centrum 't Zand, Zilverpand, Biekorf or 't Pandreitje.
Designs all have a beaded border with 'Brugge", cost 1€ a piece and use a supplied gold colored blank:
