The Harbor House Café has an on the water dining experience with a fun nightlife atmosphere in the bar.
Hours of operation: Lake Mead National Recreation Area: 24 hours, 7 days a week. The Las Vegas Boat Harbor: 7 days a week 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Plenty of free parking.
Admission: You must pay the National Park entry fee to access this machine at the marina. The Lake Mead National Recreation Area park entry fee is now $25 and they will not waive the fee for you to get the pennies. There will be six days in 2025 when entrance fees in the National Park System will be waived.The free days are: January 20 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, April 19 – First Day of National Park Week, June 19 – Juneteenth National Independence Day, August 4 – Great American Outdoors Act Signing Day, September 27 – National Public Lands Day and November 11 – Veterans Day.
The Harbor House Café is on the water. You have to walk the floating platform from the parking lot to the Café. (Watch for the huge carp fish along the way).
Machine 2 is located outside on the east side of the Harbor House Café. Cost to press: 51¢ each design. Designs all have a beaded border:

There are two penny machines within a 10 minute drive: One at the Alan Bible (Lake Mead) Visitors Center (In the Lake Mead National Recreation Area off highway 93) and another within the Hoover Dam Hotel and Casino.
12/5/24: The coin pusher won’t push in to drop your coins. It stops halfway in. Machine needs to be fixed. Don’t know if it will be anytime soon.
