This Bubba Gump location opened on March 5, 1999. <p> Hours of operation: Sunday through Thursday 11:00 am to 9:30 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. <br> Fees to park at Bayside Marketplace garage (1 minute walk from Bubba Gump) range widely: 15 minutes is free. Enter between 6:00 am and 10:00 am and leave by 6:00 pm the rate is $7.00. A lunch special rate of $6.00 for parking on Monday through Friday only if you enter after 11:00 am and leave by 3:00 pm.
