Comments:	Ray, over his career, has made hundreds of designs. He made several ANA - TEC designs a year for ANA conventions all over the country. He also attended that many conventions during the year rolling and giving away his convention designs. He was a past Treasurer and past President of TEC ( The Elongated Colledctors ) . <p> Below is the 2010 TEC Award of Merit designed and made by Ray. <p> Unfortunately, Ray passed away in 2020. He will be sorely missed!!!!
