A solemn memorial to our martyred president, the McKinley National Memorial. They are dedicated to collecting and preserving the significant materials and records related to the life of William McKinley, his family and his career. They are also the official historians of Stark County and are always on the lookout for facts and artifacts that tell the Stark County story. They serve as an education center of history and science and offer interpretive exhibitions and educational programs for the local community and an expanding global audience.
Hours of operation: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm (Noon) to 4:00 pm. Closed Mondays, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Plenty of free parking.
Admission: You do not have to pay admission to access the gift shop. Adult $15, Senior Adult $14 (age 60 and above), Students & Children $13 (ages 3-18), 2 years old and under) free. Penny books, pennybandz bracelets and pennypalz for sale in the gift shop.
Machine 1 is outside the gift shop in the museum. Cost to press: 51¢ each design. Designs all have "RR" at the catch notch and a beaded border:

October 4, 2024. This machine is very finnicky. Only the bust and telescope worked.
When I told the attendant in the gift shop about the machine, he opened the machine and hand fed the penny into the the press. He insisted that I post that, if the gift shop is not swamped with customers, he'll always open up the machine to hand feed the press.
He also stated that they cannot find anyone to fix the machine.
The penny machine is rolling well centered excellent images slightly short on 95% copper pre-1982 pennies. MWHTH
